JOTA-JOTI - Interview of HRH the Prince Guillaume

ScoutismeHRH the Crown Prince was interviewed by the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) in the context of the Jamboree-On-The-Air and Jamboree-On-The-Internet (JOTA-JOTI), the world’s largest radio and digital Scout event.
In the interview, Prince Guillaume shared his stories and experiences as a Scout, guided by the movement’s values that cement the community.
HRH also stressed the importance of solidarity in these difficult times, and used the example of the Luxembourgish Scouts’ response in helping people in need at the peak of the pandemic. Furthermore, the recently nominated Chairman of the World Scout Foundation explained how he sees his role in the development of the Scout movement all around the world.
HRH also paid tribute to his late grandfather Grand Duke Jean as he fondly remembered the latter’s lasting commitment to the Scouts. In that respect, the new Chief Scout of Luxembourg expressed how honored he was to carry on the legacy of his grandfather.
