In principle, any request for an official invitation to a member of the Grand Ducal family must be submitted in writing to the Grand Ducal Palace, addressed to the Marshal of the Court. The request should specify the name of the family member to be invited, the nature of the event, the date, the location, and any relevant information regarding the organisation.

Upon receipt, the request will be reviewed by the Protocol and Correspondence Office, which will then respond to the organiser.
