State Visit to Belgium - Concert and reception hosted by the Grand Ducal Couple
The second day ended at the Flagey cultural centre with a concert and a reception hosted by T.R.H. the Grand Duke and the Grand Duchess in honour of T.M. the King and Queen of the Belgians. Members of the Belgian Royal Family were also present.
The "Lëtzbuerger Philharmoniker" performed the evening's concert, showcasing the full extent of their talent by performing pieces from Luxembourg composer Ivan Boumans and George Gershwin, with Wayne Marshall as conductor and pianist.
